Hazel Plater is based in Newcastle upon Tyne, in the North East of England, UK.
Her photography is mainly in the documentary genre. She works on projects, covers events, enjoys architectural, travel and candid street photography, and makes relaxed portraits and group shots.
Some of her work is licensable, as news or other editorial, appearing in many UK national news publications plus a selection of others around the World.
She is largely self-taught, through trial and error, YouTube videos and a little help from her friends.
